If treatment looks like it will be a good fit, you will receive a portal invite from Session Health and Estuary Therapy to complete intake paperwork. Please do this before the first session.
An intake is an assessment of your goals and clinical presentation. All diagnoses and clinical findings will be shared and a mutual goal/s for treatment established.
